Four Centuries In A Weekend @ Crane-Phillips House Museum

The Cranford Historical Society’s Crane-Phillips House Museum at 124 North Union Avenue will once again participate in Union County’s Annual “Four Centuries in a Weekend.”  The museum will be open on Saturday, October 16th from 12:00pm to 5:00pm and on Sunday, October 17th from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.  This year’s theme is “Celebrating the 150th Anniversary of the Township of Cranford.”

Our Children’s Halloween program will be on Sunday, October 24th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
The Cranford Historical Society invites children 3 and older, with or without costumes, to come to the Crane-Phillips House Museum at 124 North Union Avenue to enjoy spooky stories and Halloween crafts.

Trains Through Cranford & A History of the Railroad @ The Hanson House
The Cranford Historical Society presents “Trains Through Cranford” & A History of the Railroad.
This event is for all ages. While learning about the railroad, railroad artifacts will be on display for visitors to touch and work to see what it took to ride the train in the bygone days. A slide presentation and a train setup will also be part of the program.
Admission is FREE and open to the public. Please be on TIME at 1:00pm, you don’t want to miss the train!
